Charitable Gift Planning

Whether you have philanthropic desires during life or wish to fund a special cause upon death, I especially enjoy helping clients choose the most appropriate charitable giving technique to suit their needs. Options available include testamentary gifts, donor advised funds, charitable remainder and lead trusts, and restricted donations.

Probate and Trust Administration

When a loved one passes, the last thing you should have to worry about are the myriad procedures and filings necessary to settle an estate. I handle both probate and non-probate estates in Maryland and can assist when there are real estate holdings or beneficiaries in another state.
